Mine does that low flow thing through the filter also. Causes an air bubble at the top of it. Maybe it's supposed to be like that? Don't like the looks of it but has never caused a problem.

Yeah, my knees hit the dash. Can't even go from lock to lock cause my knees get in the way of the bars.

I think this is correct So that would be the air filter blow by hose. The other nipple is for the valve cover vent. Theoretically the valve cover vents into the airbox bringing mostly vapors that are supposed to get re-burned when it goes back through the air filter into the engine. Any liquid condensing or also being brought into the air box should get routed down the blow by hose. You are supposed to drain that every so often as it fills up. Some people do away with that system and have no problems at all.
I've never opened up that little box like thing, but would assume it is just an area with baffles in it to help separate liquid from gas. You could test that with a vacuum device or just leave the valve cover vent hose unattached and see if that fixes your problem. Honestly i don't see how it could contribute at all.

Glad you are back and at it again. I was hoping my steering you in the wrong direction didn't piss you off.

It's a pain in the a@@ to fill mine up at the station. I'm doing it now only to figure out my mileage. Otherwise I got a 5 gallon at home I have anyway for the motorcycle that i use. That's one small tank! Mines around 1.3-1.4gallons

We've had the wettest winter/spring(?) on record here!! Calling for sunshine the next 3DAYS Yep, I rode in today. Will also tomorrow. Need to fill the tank and see what kinda mileage i'm getting. *edit...second day scootin. Filled the tank at a gas station for the first time so I can figure out the mpg. At 585miles and 1.316 gallons to fill. **1.215 gallons at 658miles right around 60.08 mpg at an average of 41 mph. Now i gotta figure out how many miles to pay for itself so...word problem if the truck gets 13mpg and gas is at an average of $2.20/gallon. How many miles to pay for itself if i am trying to pay off $360? Need to put around 2750 miles on the scooter for it to have paid for itself. Not as good as I thought. Specially since i still need to buy some tires for it. I'm up for the challenge though!!! More updates for me ***1.444 gallons at 755 so i can go 100miles on a full tank. Now at 67.17mpg!! yay! This is probably closer than the other as I had to put a little gas in it just to get to the gas station.

Red is high strength for stuff that is usually permanent or semi-permanent. Usually requires heat to remove Blue is medium strength for stuff that can be removed with hand tools edit* Purple is ideal for small screws or stuff that gets removed frequently. I use it on my motorcycle cover screws. (actually i use green.....nail polish for that )

3rd day in a row for me. Monday went Brilliantly. Hill wasn't as steep as I thought and the speed limit was only 30mph. Able to fly up it.
On another note, I've lost 15 lbs and that doesn't even equate to an extra 1mph going up my steep hill I hit every day?

Yea! I finally got to ride in today. 35deg. Can't feel my fingers..lol A little bit nervous since I have to run an errand after work to the next town over. Really steep hill I have to go up also on the way home. Hill I go up now is pretty steep and I hit a max of 34mph going up it. Don't feel bad because most people go slow up it anyway. This new hill is a little steeper and longer On the plus side it should warm up to about 50 for the ride home

That looks really good and now i'm jealous!!! I get a blob every now and then. Most of the time i get a big hunk that floats at the top. I don't leave mine on for more than 2-4 hours though, usually just when i'm watching a movie or two.
Yours looks PERFECT.
