I've been here for the past 6 months. I have a 150 TaoTao with a little over 800 miles on it.

On my new scoot, 2015 150 PRO 2015 Typhoon LW MCR-137-150, I had an issue with no spark so no start. I fixed that due to sidestand switch was screwed up. All that is fixed and bike starts fine with the electric starter but it will not start with the kickstarter. I hold the brake and killswitch is right but it won't kickstart. Any ideas?

Lol... OP, can you be more descriptive? When you are try to kick start is the engine turning over, or does it feel like you are kick air?

Are you sure it is not sparking when you kick it? Is it turning the engine over? I haven't had a kick starter in over a year on my scooter. It broke when I installed the big bore on it, and it ain't coming back.
You have to kick them pretty good to get them going. If you have to do it too many times, the kick starter will break. They are cheap as heck on the Chinese scoots.

is it on the center stand, key in run position, kill switch in run position and kick stand up?

If your kickstarter turns the engine there is no reason it shouldn't work if the electric works. In fact you do not have to hold the brake when using the kickstarter, and the only electricity being used is also being generated at the same time by the stator.
I would remove the kickstand kill switch wire, rule it out, they go bad easily since they are close to the ground, they get wet or the vibration kills them early into the life of the bike if it was made with a cheap switch (which most chinese one's I've seen are). Though t doesn't sound like it may be the issue but you can always rule it out fairly easily by reaching underneath and unplugging the switch connector.
The only other thing I could think of would be you are kicking very weak or something. Also remember if you kick it too hard you may break the case or lever or gears, so... be careful lol.

Sidestand switch is unplugged. The kill switch is in run position. Kicking is not free wheeling. I kicked it hard. I'm planning on using the kickstarted for only emergency use.

i hate electrical issues, because they are one of the hardest gremlins to eradicate. i got tired of screwing around with my issues to the point where i ripped all the wiring out and installed quality connectors and switches. my bike never failed to start after doing that. i had one issue after that, but it was my fault. i allowed a loop of wire to entangle the forks, and the fork stops crushed and frayed the wire. it took me a full day to locate this fault, and the symptoms were like those of "running out of gas". the scoot would start, but it would miss, and it wouldn't come up to speed. i will almost bet your problem is electrical. i will also say it's a connection or a faulty switch.
go over your ride with a fine toothed comb, clean the connections and give each one just a little bite with needle nose pliars. test your switches with an ohm meter.
another area is grounds. my ride had a ground wire, it did not use the frame for ground except the spark plug. all of the other grounds use this ground wire by soldered connections.
one of the best things about these chinese rides is that its YOURS, you can do things like rewiring it without voiding a warranty. you can make any adjustment needed to make it work.
like i said, i finally got tired of my scoot not cooperating, went out and bought quality switches (some of them wasn't even intended to be used like i was going to use them), bought quality crimp on connectors, and a crimping tool, and went to work. the very first thing i noticed was i didn't have a schematic, so i had to make my own. long story short, it never failed to start after that.
