Good post, just thought I would add: Red/W Black tracer (black stripe)goes to your A/C power input (if you have a A/C CDI.) Blue/white = pulse coil or trigger wire to CDI. 3 yellows = Ac charging to R/R Green = ground.

Yes, It looks like a three phase, A/C stator. The R/R you want will also need to be three phase, full wave, normally 6 or 7 wire.....
Where your thumb is behind the plug in the top pic, the wires going to it are 3 yellows right?
The D/C 11 poles that I have seen have a white/yellow/pink wire and have dedicated for the A/C charging circuit that DOES NOT go to the CDI.

In addition, what is the history and how is scooterdawg related to itstheride, scooterdoc, scooterprof and possibly the rebel one.... Did a group of people have different ideas of direction, so they split in different directions, agreeing to close scooterdawg? ScooterDawg looks like a perfectly good forum and always shows up in my google results.... why is it closed?

For the break in period, I just recommend taking it easy like you have been and try to make sure you variate your throttle while riding. Do NOT stay at the same RPM's (low or high) for extended periods of time... Welcome to the Bintelli Club!!! I can't say i was all that gentle with mine during the break in stage, but when your bike tops out at 35 or so (dunno how accurate the speedometer is), and most roads are 35 - 40, you either treat it right and get run over, or do your best to keep up. Sadly it looks like the 150 is gone, in fact Bintelli's page only shows two 150 models right now, i wonder why. Any how, lets see if i remember to visit remember to visit here regularly, obviously i've been busy the last few days doing replies, PM's, tweaking my profile, especially my signature, and making a couple new threads. Hmmm, maybe we need to create a Bintelli club signature badge. Heck, why should we do the work, hey Bintelli crew ( Bintelli - Jason Bintelli - Justin ), lets get some stuff for showing are Bintelli pride on forums, blogs, Facebook and the like. Badges for forums and the like, maybe backgrounds for Twitter, Tumblr and blogs? Any hoo, onwards... If Bintelli gave out stuff for showing off our Bintelli pride on these forums, I would expect a semi-truck trailer load! :)I always brag about my Bintelli's. I love my Bintelli Scooters. Mine have been very, very reliable. It would be cool if they did send out stuff like that though.. I wish I had some Bintelli Sticker LOGO's for my shop and scooter gear.... It would look great with my all my other LOGO's on my main Tool Box.... And yeah, I too noticed the 150cc Havoc is no longer on Bintelli's website... I noticed you tagged Justin and Jason.... Hopefully, one of them will chime in and answer what has happened to the havoc 150cc... It is really hard to stick to that break in period! I didn't make it to 500 miles on my scorch either before I was at WOT everywhere I went. One more thing.... If you're getting 35MPH, I'd say you're doing pretty good with a 50cc... The havoc frame is pretty heavy duty and that's a lot of weight for a 50cc frame... A TaoTao ATM-50 frame is literally half the weight of a hovoc frame and them ATM's only hit about 35MPH also.

Have you seen my 4 valve thread? I only went up 5cc (155cc) and used a 4 valve head, the power this beast makes is just nuts.... There is no comparison between 2 and 4 valve heads. 4 valve smashes 2, hands down. It is my opinion, a 4 valve head the single best upgrade you can do to one of these scoots. Check out this threadI always wondered about the 4 valve head. My Yamaha SMAX comes stock with a 155cc, 4 valve head and EFI. I have hit 80+ MPH. That will dust a GY6 150cc.

I have wind breaker type of pants and they are so slippery on the Havoc seat.... I've worn other stuff, jeans, sweats it doesn't matter, the havoc seat is just too darned slippery!!! So far, I've just dealt with it, but there are options... Because our scooters are cloned after the Zuma, there's a great deal of after-market seat covers... Air Hawk is a nice brand but very, VERY expensive.... Anyhow, if ya search for Zuma seat covers you might find a solution to the slippery seat..... Interesting to know that its modeled after that since from the front it doesn't really look like the Zuma i'm familiar with (dual headlights horizontal layout), and has much more mundane tires. There are subtle differences, but there are many parts that are interchangeable... BTW, you can get the dual light setup for your havoc if you like that style better.

Ran into an issue with the harbor freight emergency impact. The little switch above the trigger (tighten/loosen) doesn't work well at all anymore. If I put it in the "left" (loosen) position, I have to forcefully move it even farther left for the switch to even register (and it won't always register)--- keep in mind the switch lever is flimsy plastic. The "right" (tighten) position only works a tad better. I thought maybe the casing wasn't allowing full motion, so I took the wrench apart the other day. I didn't see any bad connections, and the switch still acted the same even with free movement. So the problem appears to be in the trigger switch-- the tighten/loosen switch is built into the trigger itself-- everything seems "snapped" together. That's the problem, I'm worried it'll break when prying it apart. I can take a pics of the switch. Any ideas? Return it to the store where you purchased it from.... Doesn't matter if you have receipt or not with Harbor Freight if you're just doing an exchange and not trying to get cash back.... I had purchased a Sump pump about 3 years ago from HF, sat in a Basin that whole time and looked like it as well.... It stopped working so I decided to try and return it... Well, not only did I not have the receipt for this dirty ole pump, they also no longer carried this model.... They still let me exchange for a brand new one with equal specs... The real bonus, they didn't have one with equal specs, I got a slightly better unit without having to pay a dime. If I can return that dirty ole sump, I'm sure you can return your impact.

The video is about what you asked: "How does the KOSO gauge work exactly" Very nice gauge !! Very easy to install .I'll def have to buy on of those ! When will you have a test done? Sorry , I'm just anxious to.see the results . I'm actually anxious to see the results myself. I just got these a few days ago, that's why they're not installed. I ordered 4 of these kits. The LED instrument actually comes with a sender, but it's the wrong size. $40 for the LED, $15 for the sender and you have a professional setup! The next time I do an oil change I'll install one of these. Probably within the next few days... I am just so backed up with my projects and work, I don't even have time for sleep But I will get to it ASAP.

Ill make a quick video showing my oil temps at idle. I'll let it idle for 30mins and the ill show the temp of the oil dipstick , then I'll shut the scoot down , take out the dipstick and place the other temp gauge into the oil showing its temps. I'll also gibe the outside temp. *note I edited post #11The video is uploading right now... About 45min and it will be published.

My opinion on the matter is Royal Purple is worth the money. I personally use Mobil Full synthetic for 4T, but Royal Purple is some good stuff... It's what the pro's use.

Just a few weeks ago I ran out of Gas on my Yamaha SMAX. It's only a 155cc, but I assure it's every bit as heavy as a GY250cc. Had to push it for about a mile.... Reason I ran out of gas was when I installed my phone mount, I didn't realize with my phone in the holder it would block the fuel gauge.... Suffice to say, the mount has been relocated.
