New should have a MSO . Now depending on your state laws one can file for a lost title providing the scooter is not stolen

I have original rotors and front pads with no squeaks unless I ride in the rain . With oil changes every 1,000 miles yours should last a long time and keep you smiling

To be safe get Spybot , Spyware Blaster and Microsoft Security Essentials . Make sure to update all 3 and use the immunize features of Spybot and Spyware Blaster . The most common issue is too many run on the admin account which is a security risk and only needed to install software or make changes . To be safe go under control panel user accounts and make a limited user account to use the system and remove the risk of infections or ooops

I use Progressive and have PIP , med pay , roadside assistance , full coverage and extended under insured coverage in case my ER bill is more than the other person covers and its almost 300 a year for 2 scooters . If you do not have health insurance I suggest adding med pay which will pay for the ER if you wreck on your own like if a tire blows out .

Where I live Verizon has best coverage and signal but the bill plans are costly . Tmobile has unlimited 4 g for 50 a month . I use a 3rd party prepaid with Veizon ang get a better than than if I went directly with them . ClearTalk has unlimuted talk ,text and web for 25 , a lil more for data plans .
I have a Casio Boulder that is not touch screen or has apps , but military grade tough and I can take a picture underwater to a meter . Casio also has commando for those who like a touch screen Droid . The Walmart phones are not that good but service is better than their phones . All Casios are military tough and waterproof

The larger wheeled scooters do ride and handle way better than those with 10s for sure

Check any online dealer with the BBB www.bbb.org . I have read many horror stories from online buys as to why I bought my scooters from a local vendor so I could see and ride before buying . Some get damaged in shipping , so do a thorough PDI .

What oil are you using ? Did you try the boric acid treatment ? I read where those who had a wet starter clutch it would slip and not start after using BA with full synthetic oil . I did with Castrol Synblend 10w40 and had no issues
