There are a couple of B case motors one for the 16" wheel scoots and one for the smaller wheeled scoots. But either motor is different from one another and the one that is way different is the one for the 16" wheel scoots. Can you elaborate on what you mean you say "the one that's way different?" My wife has a 2011 BMS and it also has a BN157QMJ, however, her scoot has a 10" wheel. I assume that's the one they call the short GY6-B case? Her BMS also has rear drum brakes. My Bintelli Havoc however is quite the odd-ball. It has a 13" rear wheel with disk brakes. In addition, I'm not sure, but I think it could accommodate a 16" wheel. Again, another assumption is that it's a long case.... However, I do know for a fact they also make GY6-B long case with rear drum brakes.... Scrappydogs 200cc GY6 is a B, long case with drum brakes. Anyhow, the whole reason I am asking this is because I'm interested in obtaining the Taidi Oil cooler However, they have 2 different ones. One for the B-case which has 57mm stud spacing and then they have the other for the A-case that has the 54 mm stud spacing...... Have a 16" wheel scooter , it came with drum brakes . The center hub was not centered . I could not get the rear brake adjusted . Long story short , it's been converted to disk . Just a different wheel rotor and so on . John

The brass cap/plug can be removed . Then you need a screw spring washer and an or ing .

Maybe the valves are not sealing . Put a spark plug in the head turn it up side down . Put some gas in and see if it leaks past the valves .

I'm going to put in a 4mm stroker crank. As I understand it, this is the largest crank that can be put in without having the case milled. tvnacman btw, your CDI I bought runs great! Thanks!! How is this crank bigger , does it use larger nuts to hold the variator and magneto in place ? Great to hear the cdi is working out well . John

Cleaning a carb does not mean it working . Pull the carb back out and dribble some fuel into the cylinder while cranking . If it stumbles it's your carb .

suck on the vac hose , do you have a clear fuel filter ? If so you can see it fill up and stop . then you know you have fuel in the carb . I have sucked fuel into vac lines to prime .
