Here's a picture of the carb. I believe the air/fuel mixture was supposed to be on he bottom left corner. However it's just a smooth surface. Is there anywhere else the bolt could be?

The brass cap/plug can be removed . Then you need a screw spring washer and an or ing .

Are you talking about the big brass cap next to the vent hose?

Are you talking about the big brass cap next to the vent hose? The big one covers the end of the throttle shaft. It should be under the smaller plug.

Yea that's what I though. Will I need to drill it out? Like drill a screw in there and then pull it? Or is there an easier way?

Take a 1/16 drill bit and drill the center of the plug about 1/8 only a then use a wood screw with a point on it and screw it in the hole and it will come out.
