what does the vendor say and where did you get it ? John f No returns on electronics. I was my fault for saying dc instead of ac from ScootsUsa. It was about $40 cheaper than the place you recommended. $40 cheaper for just the stator . Click click and you ordered it or did you talk to someone ? John

thats the power for the cdi , I cant see how it ran unless the pin is in the harness plug and just broke off .

looks like the pin in the cdi is missing .
the engine damage has left foreign matter in there split the case .

You are going to need to flush the case to get rid of all the shavings from sawing out the piston. The last picture shows the crank covered in metal chips and flakes. You may even need to split the case to fully clean it all out. Safe bet is to split the case. John

Looks like Ac cdi , check the stator plug . Post pictures of all the wires .

recheck your mechanical timing ? your missing something , are you getting a strong cranking ?

When you installed the new coil, did you plug the wires in the same way as stock? On my orange coil, it wouldn't start until i plugged them in reverse (Black on green, green on black). Fired right up then. I have played around with this it did not make much difference . How are things going with this ? John
