yeah right i run a cooler than stock spark plug and have made a heat exchanger out of copper pipe that goes on the front pipe. i took the copper pipe off one day and it ran like crap so i put it back on and it went better but not as good as before.
So i raised the float level and lengthened the bowl vent to high behind the body panels so it cant suck spray off the rear wheel Now my boot soles dont melt when it touches the muffler

I have 2 scooter that look the same but different brands I think they are T3s Anyway one seemed way too flexible and half the Ks as the more rigid one 3000Ks for the flexi one
OK so i had pulled a lot off the affected scoot to see the problem area. But you could see it by removing the storage compartment and seat. Somewhere under there you should see a round tube that goes across the bike and in the middle of that tube is another tube at right angles and has rubber inside it to allow it to flex i guess
I filled that tube with glue from my hot melt glue gun.
I also modified my centre stand so it dont scrape or dig into the road.
At 64 year old i love passing simular scoots around 2 lane roundabouts because i can

If your stock cdi is in the battery box you will need to mount this cdi somewhere in the draft . I had had problems with the cdi acting up when installed in the battery box . Please keep this in mind . I had 2 of the cdi's returned to me one was DOA and the other tested perfectly . John i agree the battery gets hot and so does the CDI I shifted my CDI out of the battery box about 3 months back and it seem to run smoother

Yeah yeah i walk sometimes for exercise specially when the tank is empty. Ive had a parachute accident in 1987 had a lot of broken bones. My scoot is genuine 50cc 4t fast downhill Ive altered the center stand so it hugs the engine more and dont scrape the road no more lately things could change. There is a 250 honda in the shed that i have plans for i get given greif for prefering 2 wheels but i love it brings me joy that only the lame know Thanks for the welcome
