Hi flyawaydoung, welcome to the forum. You could have a bad diode, if its open or has a bad connection it won't charge battery, the current goes through the R/R to the diode to the battery.

I'd check the ACV Valve which need vacuum to work probably, maybe the problem is there?

If you have the needle in hole and diaphragm in right and spring in and cap and tighten down, it should be working fine.

Sometimes they are tricky putting back in, never force it, have patience, make sure the rubber lines up where the tab goes in on the diaphragm.

I have the MC-54-250B scooter, the helmet will not fit under the seat, and thev colors you mention is all the colors you can get. Some have a hook on the sise of seat to hang the helmet on.

Hey guys, I have the MC-54-250B Roketa scooter and I'm thinking about buying the 20x12 14g roller weights, my question is do you think that's
too heavy or should I go a little lighter?

With that price range the Chinese scooter would be the one to purchase  now if you have more money to spend, then you could get into the Yamaha, Honda, Kymco, Burgman's. I have the 2008 Roketa MC-54-250B and now over 19,000 miles. Owning a Chinese scooter involves more maintenance, but they are well built and easy to work on |
