I have a BMS Chelsea with the same issues. I too have right about 400 miles. I still think the enricher is not working properly...but I removed the carburetor last week and drilled the cap off. I used the instructions found on the site to play with the adjustment. It runs and idles a lot better now.

Honestly, I never understood the appeal of whitewalls. Mine came with whitewalls and I think it makes the Scoot |

I have the same one in my BMS Chelsea. I tried lowering the sensitivity....did nothing. It looks like you can just unplug the siren part.

San Diego County is getting away from the ground loops and switching to high mounted cameras. They work great

Im betting the carb. I did the cdi and coil and didn't notice much. What route did you go to stay off the freeway
