with the higher rated springs you may need to change your roller weights to get it to work better

When changed the your clutch, did you change the variator weights?

That switch can't be replaced without changing the whole switch. It has a circuit board in it.

The plug looks fine a light brown.

Well I have change the fuel pump and lines. It is no longer leaking fuel into manifold. But its the a/f mixture screw that its bothering me. Is it to lean or rich w/airbox still on it.

Hi dawgs
My issue is when I adjust my air/fuel mixture I have to have it screwed all the way in to get it idle right. What could be the problem? Also when I went to replace the stock head I noticed alot of gas sitting in the intake side between manifold and valve.

Lol the jets weren't dirty. They were too small. I change the pilot jet and main this morning but I still have to change the main to a bigger jet. The fuel filter is clean and there was no dirt in it or the Carb.

Its not hard to start and I have had the same filter on it for over a year. It also loses alot of power going up hill. I'll have to check the filter tomorrow. I think I did get some bad gas last week when I almost ran out in my yard.

What could cause a sudden drop in rpms. Also my performance dropped some too.

Well I let a friend ride it sat. and after he rode we were standing there talking and another friend of mine came up gripped the throttle. He ran it into the side railing along the building and crashed when he wasn't even on it. At the time the damage I seen was a broken mirror but I guess when the front tire came down the pins fell out. I did replace the mirrors already I had a set sitting around.

lol no prob I laughed at it myself. the whole pad and metal piece came out. there is nothing between the disk and piston in caliper

The craziest thing happened to me today. I was on my way to work this morning hit a little bump and my disc brake pads fell out. Now I have no front brakes till my next pay day. Any1 have this happen to them.
