Rocky,
I agree, I took this for a ride to the gym and was like wow, world of diffrance. I use this rig to drive about 50 miles each way on the interstate, and was looking for that last piece to make the ride a little bit more better. This worked like a charm!

Well after chatting with some people, and reading a bunch of reviews I made the plunge! I googled windshield GIVI and 1 day after ordering with free shipping I had a huge box show up! www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/givi-d257st-d263st-windscreen-an650-burgman-executiveTook me about 10 minutes to replace, even with snapping pictures! Here is the video link for the install..... (Love these how to videos BTW) As you all have seen here is the stock. Just unscrew the two and remove, easy to pop off! There are 4 screw undo them, NOTE: there are small washers so be careful And then simply screw the new one right on. Attach the plastic peace and re-screw The one thing I like is this screen wraps to the body, causing better wind displacement. After a fun ride 110% better!

I think its a great piece from Yamaha.
Does it compete with the 200 class of Suzi and Honda? Of course it does, there is a reason this is made and has been sold overseas. Yamaha is not the one to lead the industry in new product, besides the fuel injected dirt bikes (That work!), but they produce a product that works good and can last.
Being, I have delt with Yamaha corp USA as a civilian and in the military I can tell you that they prefer to produce a product that is quality and not always cutting edge.
Am I biased to Yamaha, of course, but this also comes with experience riding all competitors products over a time length. Does that mean they are better then everyone else? Nope. Like a car every manufacture will produce a certain amount of turds. Is it the Mercedes of scooters? No, but I can also take mine to any motorcycle repair shop and they can get parts and or fix it.
There is my .02

I have hit 103 Verified GPS
I can ride 75 and realize I am still cruising with throttle left and its not winding out.
I never like to get into talks of why mine does this or that, cause then it turns ugly fast. I stand behind Yamaha and know there is a reason we spend the money to buy these units. They are simple and work if you take care of them.
I think in just my opnion, many bike say they go this or that fast. Thats great, but the real questions is dos it do it all the time and not wind out, if your pushing it to the red line everytime you will in time blow the motor. The majesty hits the 75 with ease.
