I have one in my Zuma the stock 05 has a weird shift to it. I like it stays in rpm's better. Uses a softer spring easier on the belt.

I had a coil go weak on me. It would fire but look orange. When I installed a new one it was a white spark. That solved my problem. On some scoots you must have the side stand up.

On my Zuma 14.5 carb Autotech355 BBK-VM11/22 # jet. Went to a 17.5 Dellorto carb. It has a Naraku 92 jet but the ID is .037. The factory Dellorto #80 jet ID was .033 the Naraku #80 jet .0295 Not sure what jet is in my Vento It seem like a 87 MRP 48mm BBK (soon to be a 90cc) When I changed the carb size on the Zuma it came to life. I always check the ID of jets. What RPMs do you run most of the time?

Just curious what some of you charge for different jobs. Anything thing from A-Z Do you charge more from one model to another to do the same job because the body is a pain to remove?

I was going to get one of those, but I did a lot of research and found that several people said they had problems with everything from breaking to not fitting right bad bearings ect. So I went with the hoca crank. But then others have had no problems. I would rather pay more for better quality rather than say o-well it was cheaper. If it breaks, is it really cheaper? Roy Tell us about your stroker build.

Put a different camshaft on it and it fired right up, runs fine, the lady was so glad it runs she said keep the kit i'll take it as is. So its done and gone not a bad haul 120 bucks and a 80cc kit, better than 700 bucks the shop in town was charging. She sped off smiling What do you think was the problem with the cam?
