Hello Everyone, The GTA and Redesigned Bullseye are already in the USA... they've been here for several months and have been selling extremely well. You can see them at www.BintelliScooters.com. We have yet to sign up any CA dealers but are searching for some. We've heard from most of them that they aren't interested in 49cc models in CA so they're waiting for 2016 or 2017 when we bring in the 150cc Adly models.

Side note----- Random inquiry, Does anyone think the recent China Port explosion will affect shipment of new product? It shouldn't hurt much, if anything. 99% of the scooters are coming out of Ningbo or Shanghai ports.

The important thing is support, as much as quality. I remember back around 08, and you had low quality scooters coming from low quality makers flooding the market, hence the reputation. The manufacturers obviously won't back up their product for the retail customer, that's not their job, and that's assuming you could figure out who made your bike, but considering that a lot of the importers were either shysters or running on a shoestring, you didn't get much support from them either. A dealer at the south end of the county offers scooters starting around $600 to $700, but what do you think that buys you? With my Havoc, even with the intermittent problem i'm having (which seems to be gone, knock on wood), i haven't been too worried as the dealer has been rock solid about supporting the scooter, and the road service and warranty give me plenty of confidence that the problem when found will be fixed right. Yeah, well in 2008 gas prices were very high, and so was the demand for anything fuel efficient. The Chinese manufacturers were turning scoots out like hotcakes (and with about the same level of quality) That's why I always tell folks to stay away from anything made before 2010. In most cases, that is true. There were a few really quality Chinese brands prior to 2010... QJ was my favorite. Still have one in my garage, it is a beast of a 49cc 2 stroke scooter. We at Bintelli pride ourselves in only having dealers carry our Bintelli (and now Adly) scooters that will stand behind the sales they make. We've gotten rid of several dealers over the last few years that wouldn't take care of our customers. We care about our end users and want to make sure they are supported.

Yup, I have the same mount locations and dual shocks. What is the lock for, helmet? That unlocks the under seat storage.

Pacific Scooters closing last year really left a void there. We've been searching for a new dealer to represent our line in Portland as well. Pacific was doing a great job in that market.

Are Bintellis made by Adly these days? Thanks for the question. Our Bintelli branded scooters are made by the ZNEN factory in China. Adly scooters are made in Taiwan. We have been named the official USA distributor of Adly scooters, and our first shipments are only a few weeks away. We're starting with two models - the GTA and Bullseye and will be adding 3 more models by next Spring. The GTA has never been released in the USA and we made 19 improvements on the Bullseye for its relaunch. Both are 49cc, 2 stroke, and come with a 2 year unlimited mile warranty with two years of roadside assistance. You can see some details on the first two models we are releasing by going to adlyscooters.com/ and clicking "Models" at the top.

Hey guys! You guys are awesome... thank you for all the kind words. We made the difficult decision to not stock the Havoc 150cc for the rest of the year. It wasn't selling as well as we had hoped so we are taking this time to make some improvements on it and hopefully bring it back for 2016 bigger and better! We also need the warehouse space (and money) to now stock Adly 2 stroke scooters (Made in Taiwan) that we are now the exclusive USA distributor for! First shipments arrive in July. PM me your full name and address and I'll get some swag heading your way! dmartin95 javarod

I went ahead and I ordered 3 of these when they went on sale..... It was my first order from Killermotorsports... I haven't done the PDI yet as I've been slammed but they are in the shop and I'll be making some videos on how to do a proper PDI. I purchased these for a small scooter rental company I'm starting.... I live in an area that is full of vacation rentals and am surrounded by lakes. I've arranged to run a shop out of a local boat rental agency. I may even open a real shop and just start reselling them (if I can find a cheap and reliable source). Not sure if I can stand the financial risk yet. Also, I don't want to only sell TaoTao's... I would like to sell a quality scooter in addition. Be very careful renting Taotaos. They are good for the price for what they are, but can not withstand the commercial style of abuse a rental scooter will take. Last thing you want to do is get a bad name for yourself from the get go.

If you have any specific questions on our particular models, please let me know and I'd be happy to assist you. Have a great weekend. I have a quick question about one of your models. The Bintelli Vibe.... I do not see it on Bintellis website but Grand Rapids Scooter has them on their website. Is this a new or discontinued model? Also, does Bintelli produce this scooter in the 150cc? We used to produce the Vibe in 150cc, but replaced it with the Valor a year ago, which has been a much better seller. GRS special ordered a batch of them in 50cc, as they are big sellers in their area.

Can you tell me what kind of training and background good scooter repair people tend to have? Small engine repair, motorcycle mechanics, auto mechanics, etc? I wouldn't say there is any standard. I've hired employees with no experience and trained them and we've hired really experienced guys. The most important thing is just general knowledge of how engines and electrical systems work. If you know the concept behind engines running, being calibrated, etc, then you can learn anything. Scooter engines are very easy to work on for those who understand the concepts. Understanding the "Why" will help you to troubleshoot and find a solution faster. When all else fails, get your hands dirty - rip things apart and put them back together again. Get an internship with a local shop to get some experience if no paying jobs are available. As a follow up, here's two videos you can watch to get yourself started: How to do an oil change: How to do a valve adjustment:

My Sunny 150cc - The wiring is the weak link My BMS Heritage 150cc - The Vacuum operated fuel pump My Bintelli Havoc(s) 150cc - I have not discovered a weak link. I can not brag enough about Bintelli scooters. They should be pulled from the Chinese class of scooters and moved into Taiwanese territory... It's up there with Yamaha and Honda IMO. It's as if someone took a Chinese scoot and said, how can we perfect it..... That's great to hear. If you discover one, please let us know as we are always looking to improve our products. Have a great weekend!

I'm planning to buy a 50cc scooter for short commutes in town. Sounds like it's a good idea to buy from a local shop for parts/repairs. I have shops near me that sell Wolf Brand (formerly Gorilla Motor Works), Bintelli, & Puma. Another option I'm considering is buying a used Yamaha, Honda, or Italian brand. Any input or suggestions? That's a great question. While all three brands are made by the same factory, they all differ a bit. Firstly, Puma closed up shop last year, so getting parts for that brand may start to get a bit difficult. Some dealers still have stock and are selling them for good prices. We at Bintelli are proud to have one of the better dealer networks in the country. Our dealers stand behind their sales and do a great job of representing our brand well. All of our scooters come with manufacture backed warranties and are fully loaded with upgraded components. You can't go wrong with a Bintelli scooter, no matter which model you wind up with. If you have any specific questions on our particular models, please let me know and I'd be happy to assist you. Have a great weekend.
