I met a couple riding a pair of Sym EVO HD200 last summer. They bought then mew off the showroom floor somewhere, they said they fly, 70 on the freeway, no problem. They live in the sticks and like to ride town to town.
They loved that my knock off looked so similar, with the nice big wheels. I was hoping to meet up with them sometime and get to try one of their scooters. Unfortunate they left the scooter group so I've never seen them again. I have never ridden anyone elses scooter. Maybe someday I can build or buy a high horsepower scooter.

Welcome. Both scoots looks pretty nice.
My Xingyue is the super cheap knock off, and still only 150cc

I was working on a 1978 JCPenny Pinto 2 Moped (with pedals!) The floatbowl was filled with oil. Its been sitting a while, and the owner couldnt get it to run. I have to do a bit more before I start it, but when I went to fill the tank, I stated with a good amount of gas, then a measure of oil. shook that, then filled the rest with more gas, and shook it more.
The instructions on the tank call for 2stroke oil or motor oil. I got 2T oil for it.

[replyingto=hurricanehannon]hurricanehannon[/replyingto]I am not picturing what your variator area looks like. Driving manifold? Pictures would help.
A longer socket, or a socket and extension with a hole bored to fit the shaft?

pictures, model name and number... Lots of people on here with all the right answers, but more information on what you actually have is a huge help.

The celebration started on Tuesday. I went to one dealer on Friday to check out some bikes, parts and music. I didn't get to anything else. Maybe I'll get a Harley or another cruiser by the 115th.

No. The 123 is on the Xingyue, now with 20x15 13G sliders. Not yet taken on a test ride.
I have a NYC 115(?) variator on the Znen, with 13G rollers, and the new clutch. Saw 8100 RPM and the fastest speed recorded was 53.5. Traffic was not helpful in my short trip to the store and back.

[replyingto=tvnacman]tvnacman[/replyingto]Got the Clutch, got to install it this afternoon after watching the Harley Parade on TV.
No more grabby grabby at stops. Cold high idle wasn't making the rear spin (2100rpm or so). Seemed to ride pretty nice. Too much traffic to try for a top end.
Also installed the 20x15 13g sliders in the Xingyue, but have not gone out for a ride yet.

My exhaust - they were sure it would not fit. I was sure Id have to cut and weld or open the flange r whatever to make it fit, but I only had to make the support to secure it to the swing arm, and mad a dent in the side so it isn't against the shock and axle.
