My injector pump on my Honda went out so I have been premixing. When I refuel and mix my oil, I always end up stalling out because I get almost pure oil in the fuel line. I have to remove the fuel line from the carb and drain out that little bit of oil before it will run again. After I put in the proper amount of oil, I make sure it is mixed up well before opening the fuel shutoff valve, but it still happens every time. I'm using Klotz Super Techniplate oil for premixing and I'm running a 40:1 ratio.

When I was premixing at the gas station, I would put in a little gas, then oil, then fill the tank (to avoid having the thick oil go into the fuel line). That may be a good fix for your premix prob.

I fill a gas can and premix in the can and then just top off the scoot before I ride.

And always give the gas can with the oil in it already a couple of good shakes before pouring it into your tank. Alleyoop

I was working on a 1978 JCPenny Pinto 2 Moped (with pedals!) The floatbowl was filled with oil. Its been sitting a while, and the owner couldnt get it to run. I have to do a bit more before I start it, but when I went to fill the tank, I stated with a good amount of gas, then a measure of oil. shook that, then filled the rest with more gas, and shook it more.
The instructions on the tank call for 2stroke oil or motor oil. I got 2T oil for it.
