I had both brake switches go bad on the same day and was lucky I could kick start my 150cc scoot. On my Znen, one switch was bad and the second I suspected of going bad sooner rather than later. The same two DIFFERENT switches as sold by scrappy didn't last at all, and are way too expensive. I bought a couple waterproof mini switches and bent a little plate to mount them onto the Znen, and will do the Xingyue when they start to act up again. Good for like 2amps (I think) and waterproof and less than $3 each from Grainger. www.grainger.com/Grainger/OMRON-SubMiniature-Sealed-Snap-Switch-2KRW6?Pid=searchIf not that one, then it was one without leads, like this www.grainger.com/Grainger/OMRON-SubMiniature-Sealed-Snap-Switch-2KRX9?Pid=searchAnd looking at the price, maybe I should stop and see if I can get a dozen or two.

Yay I would like to hear any updates on the EFI project. I've bought an ecotron kit, but haven't had any nice weather yet to even ride never mind convert the scooter and work out the exhaust. today is 30F and quite windy, but dry for a change!

I put in a set of slider, and then went back to the original rollers. I dont remember what the weights were, I will have to weigh them and find out. I may do a mixed set next.

Looks just like my Znen. Mine does not have any sound system, or alarm or remote start, and certainly I never got my Znen to 60mph. 10hp would be nice.

the -B valve cover does use different bolts two gland style with gasket/rubber washers.
Though with the right length and thread of bolt and some rubber and washers, something could be rigged up well enough to use.

Dual pistons as side by side or opposed ? My front caliper looks like that, and the rear looks like opposed. It was raining horses and cows, so I didn't stop too long to look, and didn't take pictures.

What engine model do you have, out of curiosity? On a side note, I probably should have put "CVT Belt Issues" as an option above. Xingyue ITA 150 with the GY6-B. 16" wheels. Soon to be fuel injected if the weather will be reasonable for a day to two! STILL haven't got to ride yet this season. Less than 10 miles anyhow.
