I have full coverage ($1800) on my Tomos scoot with State Farm (also have my Toyota insured with them) and the annual premium on the scoot is $112

My Tomos Twister 50 has a 49cc engine and the 5th digit of the VIN is "C" not "A" as the officer states. I bought the scoot brand new and top speed was 38 mph (GPS) right off the showroom floor.

I camped out under a bridge near the finger lakes in NY state for 14 hours. Slept in the grass (except the 4 times the cops woke me up to see if I was OK *LOL* )
