He just asked a simple question. If your not helping then why bother posting? Maybe he's trying to figure out the reason for their being two different sizes. How about answering that instead of posting rude comments and childish emoticons.

Also Hows the compression. Put your finger over the hole with the plug out and try to start it and it should push your finger off easy.
COMPRESSION + GAS/AIR+ SPARK = COMBUSTION

1.) You dont need those washer's, you're good. I have a scoot that i'v taken then out of and its been fine. The other scoot didn't even come with them. (Only 50cc) 2. If you unplugged any of the main wires to the stator then the bike wouldent run. If you plugged it back in it should be back the same... I think My old gy6 bike ran with the trigger coil wire unplugged for awhile and ran better at the time. But I later found out that my fuel valve was bad. Whole running situation is still a mystery to me. Im almost 100% that you have an electrical problem. Are you sure each wire is plugged in all the way? I had a bike that the wires came loose or had shorts and I just had to find out witch ones. As soon as I fixed it it started up like magic. Take the spark plug out and put it back in the cap and try to start it and touch the electrode end on the frame and see if you see a spark. If not you could take the risk of holding it and doing and it to feel for a shock. No spark or shock then i'd start with testing the stator with a voltmeter. Decent readings then check the cdi with the volmeter. So on an so forth untill you find a problem. If u get spark then you need to fix compression or Check from the intake mainland to the air box for problems. What does the old spark plug look like? www.goscoot.com/images/Stator/Jaguar150%20stator_Large.JPGScrool down and look through this page www.chinesescooterreference.com/manuals_charts.htmOnce you narrow down the problem it will be easier to help

UPDATE#2: Battery stooped charging again. And when I rev the engine hard or soft the lights come on for a split sec then goes away. I was riding a short distance and didn't feel like connecting the battery to save it for later and the lights got super bright so I immediately pulled over because I knew they were being over volted. And of course my right tuning lights blew and my tail light, but my break light is still good. Haven't had time to change the part back but i'm pissed I have have the lights on my bike and no money for 2 day to get it fixed so toorrow morning i'm changing it back and i'll post the results

UPDATE
I rode today and my battery randomly started charging?
Its weird before my battery was charged and died and wouldn't charge so I charged it with a wall charger. Then it died again, like lights were barely noticeable with engine off. Then today they were bright and its been charging.

I just changed my stator to the one from my old bike. Its been used for about 2 days at most. But ever since I put it in on either bikes the battery wont charge. Now I gotta spend more time putting the stock one back on. But yea New bike charged fine. Then I changed the stator to a suspected bad one and no charge. When i'm done changing it back i'll let you know the results.

When I hooked the tank directly to the carb it ran the same and the gas was spewing out as soon as i disconnected the line so it has god flow

I just don't understand why it would run better with less gas than more. I just replaced the stator and pickup coil. No change. Gunna try the cdi next. I went from stock to cheap orange one that claims to advance timing. No difference so I put stock back on. Changed coil to orange one too. Stock epa locked carb was destructively lean but less cutting out. This ones richer and more cutting out. Everytime I do something to get it more gas it reacts badly???

50mm bbk new carb free flow air So when my bike was runing lean it ran fine. but was severely overheating. Carb runs good but at wot would sound like i'm hitting the kill switch on and off . Then I lower the carb needle and it runs better. I then took the jet that came with the carb and swapped it with an . I have to lower the needle all the way for it to run and not sound like i'm flicking the kill switch. Basically the engine only runs good lean??? Forgot to turn off lights one day and the battery died and it charges while riding so the stator should be good. Also bypassed fuel petcock and plugged tank directly to carb to make sure it wasent the petcock... Same results
