I have two scooters./ The main one had a nail in it which came out while riding. And the other one needs a few bucks to get it fixed.
I need my bike like asap. Can I take the smaller tire off the old and put it on the new until I figure out what i'm going to do?
Also how would I fix the hole?

A Uni is for sunny rides since you can not in the rain . I had a TaoTao ATM with an Air Sal 50mm BBK two 3/8 holes drilled in the airbox , stock pipe and used MJ I have a 1/2 inch drill in uni filter I want to drill in. What do you think? Where should I drill it? Or follow your setup? Whats your top?

[replyingto=salracer]sailracer[/replyingto]Thanks for the incite. Unfortunately I had to learn the hard way about the uni and exhaust. lol Putting the stock box back on was the best idea since electricity. I'm leaving my exhaust on. I makes my bike look better. Not too much louder. I can't wait untill ii'm done wit my bike. Its gunna be sexy.

Well when you adjust them they get cross threaded and lock up, thus making valve adjustment impossible. New bikes don't have this problem. It all depends on how old or cheap the screws.

You know the screw you adjust for the valves, well on multiple occasions ive had the bolt cross thread and get stuck on the screw making the adjustment possible.
Anyone know where I can find these without buying the rocker arms too.

Sounds like you need to lower the weights a little.

I'd suggest checking it and telling. It's not like a car with efi. Climate change will effect the way the engine runs thus rendering the "time cycle" useless. I could change the oil and have it dirty in 3 weeks, and sometimes 3 months. The only way to tell is to check.

So all my bbk's that ive done have had the same result. About 5mph slower than stock but amazing accel. When I up the roller grams the bike just looses accel. I'm starting to question my method of replacing the camshaft. When the bikes are revvfed up hight or are at wot while riding it will cut out as if its loosing gas or i'm hitting the kill switch. I scratch a line from the big hole on the camshft leading to the link right in front of it ans scratch that too to remember how the chain goes. Am I doing it right?
