As the subject states I cant get my throttle cable to reach the notch. I have the holder for the cable as far forward as possible and i have the adjustment up by my handlebars as far as it will go. any suggestions?

Check your oil levels. If you overfill these little oil resivoirs you can create a vapor lock on the engine and it seriously saps a lot of power out of these little guys. I did it once and will never do it again. hope that helps and its easy to check. the oil lvl on ur dipstick depending on which one it is (mine is the thacked one) should only have oil a little over half way on just resting on the port.

will the provide more or less air? Since roy has me concerned about tunning this I have been looking at a lot of ways to add/remove more air. As it is right now the air filter I have looks like it has almost no restriction, which i read will require me to either up/down jet. I also read that if you use the stock air box you have a lot more control over the air flow bc you can drill holes in the box and cover them back up if its too much. Do you think that will help me out?

whats the point of no intake spacer? I think you guys missed that I said I am a complete novice. when you mention something like that It would be great if you could provide me with an explanation as to why you did that.
