So i purchased the stage 4 performance kit from scrappy dog scooters minus the exhaust got 5 gram variator weights red hot (racing) spark plug wires, red hot (racing) cdi, 1k clutch springs, high performance air filter, stock but drilled and bored exhaust, and a bando drive belt. www.scrappydogscooters.com/139QMB_50cc_Performance.htmltheres the link if you wanna check it out. It comes with a 24mm Run tong carb doesnt tell me what jets r in it. I have been reading alot about running lean or rich and adjustments on the carbs. I know how to max my f/a mix but I am unsure about how to tell if I am running lean or rich and I would like to know before I get my scoot up and running so i can quickly get the problem fixed. I am a complete novice and put that kit on my bike off youtube vids and I have done a lot of research about valve adjustments and timing and I believe its all right i just couldnt find very much material on what lean or rich actually means. So basically i dont understand much about carbs. I will be contacting scrappydog scooters to find out what jets are in that carb will repost later. and would also like some suggestions as to any little tips or tricks on really just about anything would be great. Im really just looking to learn as much as possible so please go off topic on anything it would be much appreciated!

awesome much appreciated. I have another question as well the valve cover vent hose on mine i believe goes down to whats called a breather bolted to my cvt case. but I honestly cant remember nor can I tell from the pics I took. That would be the last one im not sure about after that I will be able to see if she starts.( im really kicking myself for not taking better pics of the hosing setup)

my understanding is if the gas tank is above the engine its a gravity fed system, and if the gas tank is below the engine is a fuel up system or pump fed system. That is what i meant by asking is that a fuel up system.

So I feel like an idiot, to make a long story short I have no mechanical backround and undertook an 80cc upgrade kit from a 50cc and everything is going great so far but I cant seem to figure out which tubes go where on my carb. I know which on is the fuel (obviously) but the pictures I took werent good enough to see where the other ones go. I have tried to find videos or diagrams but with no luck. It would great if you guys could provide either a video or a very good diagram for a 139 qmb (gy6) carburetor hosing.
