Cool you got it! Lol on mine the db killer was welded in...but they also gave me an extra one that has a screw hole kinda weird. But the exhaust is plenty loud for me even with it in so im not too annoyed with it.

I think ul rly enjoy it. Just the sound makes me smile haha, neways how much does it cost to get a bung welded for the sensor? Id love to be able to monitor my fuel ratio. How much would a readout, sensor, and bung cost you think?

joeybee, Have you got the exhaust on and the vid for us? That was on my list of things to do this week, but got pushed aside with my stater motor problem. Once I got that problem figured out and a replacement part on the way, I realized the sensor bung I got on Amazon wasn't the right size. Grrr.... So the correct size bung should be delivered today and welded on this weekend. If my luck changes I should have the new exhaust on by next week. I will defiantly update everyone once it is installed. I was thinking about installing it without the O2 sensor, but I figured since I have the sensor I could demonstrate how the free flow exhaust will affect jetting and the air fuel ratio.

Alright, I have finally been able to install the new exhaust. It bolted right on, and I can not be happier with the results. After installation I had to lean the carb a little to get the carb tuned perfectly.
150cc with stock exhaust.
150cc with Freeflow exhaust.

Nice! Cheap and True Free flow. As in the Intake these 150's like a free flowing exh. I like mine except for the Noise. sounds just like mine, ouch Theres allot of comparatively expensive Fake systems out there, First dead give away is the Head Pipe itself. look closely at the pics, advertising. Next the mfg should show you a pic of the free flow and the Serviceable Baffle.

I still smile watching both videos and hearing the difference in sound. As for being too loud, it wasn't that bad. I took her around the block, and with the wind and other sounds the exhaust wasn't too bad.

It sounds great. On my "Scootie", I cut off the back of the muffler and put an old variator in the hole. It fit perfectly and the bigger hole made it sound a little bada__ too!

Nice, im really happy with it too. On my bike though I had to slightly modify the mount so it would clear the oil dipstick. Just ground a bit of metal off the triangle. Also the center stand on mine rubbed against my pipe so I had to remove it. its cool that yours fit perfectly, mine took a little finagling but overall im more than happy with it. And my scoot sure sounds mean now lol. What kind of jetting are you using? Im running a 120 main with a uni filter at sea level and it seems pretty spot on. 125 worked ok too I just felt it might be bogging a tiny bit at wot.

I have a wideband O2 sensor, so I'm cheating a little with carb tuning. After installation I had to lean out the fuel mixture screw and raise the needle one notch. That dialed in my idle and up to middle range throttle. I wasn't able to test at WOT so that tuning with be done tomorrow. You can see on my before and after that before my idle was reading 13.5ish. Right after installation the reading dropped to 12.5ish.

Interesting. I wish I had a sensor so I wouldn't need to just guess. 108 was what I was using with my stock exhaust and air box. But I upjetted to stay on the safe side. It seems to go faster wot but slower on the lowbend when im a bit on the leaner side like 115 but I'm paranoid of running hot. I'd mess with the needle maybe but without a sensor I'm scared of running lean band hot. I've been trying to estimate with plug chops but it doesn't seem like my plug really colors very brown even when rich to the point of bogging, its kinda like grey with a tiny tiny hint of tan. I went with the 120 because it seemed to give the best balance of low end and wot power with my setup.

Lol i keep accidentally likingy own posts but neways is the ratio still around 13 when you're wide open? Seems like most ppl use bigger jets, are you using a uni filter or stock air box? With my stock air box, new exhaustband 108 jet my scoot flew

Sounds great! But was that really with the db killer mounted? I want to hear the difference with the db killer... could you do a vid with the db killer?
