4 stroke standard 50cc GY6 So she started fine before...but after I replaced the right crankcase cover, she just turns over but no start All I did was remove fan, flywheel, stator and crankcase...and put everything back together. Is there anything special about the flywheel and/or stator when reassembling. It seemed like everything went back together easy. Is there any kind of special positioning? Confused? ?

Could you have damaged the stator removing it ?

Did you put the WOODRUFF key back on the crank? The flywheel has a slot that fits over the Woodruff to align it for proper timing.

Checked stator wiring (bullet connectors).
Blue/Yellow = .14 Vac Blk/Red = 9 Vac
Does this tell me anything about where to go next?

I too believe it has something to do with the Woodruff Key. You should recheck your work.

Lets check your work, Take the valve cover off and rotate the motor so the CAM SPROCKET lines up like this: Now take a picture of the FLYWHEEL TIMING marks and post the picture: Alleyoop

I think he is missing cdi power off the stator . John
