Let me ask was it running before you install the BBK? If it was and you connected everything up correctly then it should spark. Did you install a new Stator or what ELECTRICAL piece did you install.
Need some pictures of the things just installing a BBK is not going to not make it have no spark, so something else was changed on it.
You also need a MULTI METER to check the voltage going to the different wires going to the CDI. Alleyoop

The screw inside of the plug cap came out so I screwed it back in. I'm expecting a new coil soon

WHAT THE HEY!! Geezzzzzzzzz man, are you talking about the Screw in the BOOT CAP? The screw came OUT of the BOOT CAP? Just go to the Auto parts store and get a new BOOT CAP and before you screw it back onto the COIL wire Cut about 1/2 inch off the COIL wire then screw the NEW BOOT CAP ON. Dang good think I asked for any Electrical changes. Alleyoop

Yeah the screw in the boot cap. Should I get a set of msd ignition wires or just a generic one?

No No, just get the boot cap leave the current wire on the coil alone, just a new boot cap. Alleyoop

Just to clarify, a boot cap is the plug cap, right?

One DEFINITE way to see if you have spark is to if to take the plug wire off, unscrew and put the plug in the cap and use the electric starter, or have someone kick it while you touch the spark plug If you get shocked your good. Or put the scooter in a dark area and do the same without touching it, and you should see a spark. If its weak you will feel a shock. If its good you will throw the wire to avoid further shock. Same with the visual spark. If it was running before you did the bbk, then retrace your steps minus the engine work. You or that guy did something to cause a problem.

Just to clarify, a boot cap is the plug cap, right? This is a BOOT CAP it has a screw built on the end of it and it screws onto the COIL WIRE. Alleyoop

COOl so just go to the auto parts store and get another BOOT CAP and unscrew the old one off and screw the new one onto the coil wire. Hopefully tomorrow after you get the new one you will have spark.
