Would It be safe mixing 12gram weights with 14gram weights? Just trying to experiment with my cvt a little. Some people mix weights, just wondering if this would be ok. Thanks, Randy

I prefer using a medium tip pen for my Crossword puzzles, but a #2 works well for mistakes.

Just dont go to far apart when mixing . As the cvt spins the variator may strugleholding the belt up due to a heavier weight and a lighter weight an inch or more apart. The lighter weight wether in front or behind as it spins will not hav as much pressure on the belt as th heavier weight. This wouldnt matter of they were ment to be placed jn a row. But because they are side by side an inch or two apart this may cause premature belt wear. Usually they are mixed to get a .5 like 12s and 13s to get12.5 grams. 12s and 14s will be fine jus dont go to far apart like 11s and15s
