Unfortunately i may be a minority species here, but i would not. Unless the rider was a pretty she, or was asking for help, i tend to believe most people got a good grip on the situation. Try helping them out and in the process break something and they will blame you for it. I keep my hands off of someone else's stuff, unless they asked. Advise is free, help is less free. I know, im a bastard!

I carry enough tools to do almost any roadside repair . Many have battery powered impact wrench . It is a VERY good idea to have plenty of tools including a flash light

I always have tools and some spare parts, not always the right ones to help though. I can only carry so many. I would not leave a fellow rider stranded if I could help . I have stopped and helped several people in my days, and the kindness has been repaid when I needed help.

Yup, I'm always willing to help anyone who's broken down, scooter, bike, car or truck. If I can't get it running, I can at least give 'em a ride to a service station, or to their home. Plenty of people have helped me, I believe in returning the kindness. If they don't need or want help, They'll tell me and I'll leave them alone, no harm done.

It depends. If they have their cell out or aren't looking "in need" then maybe not. Or if I'm on a time-schedule.
But then, the only help I can offer is my phone. I can't fix whatever.

I suppose this is the modern day version of the good Samaritan story found in the Bible.

Depends on the time, the city, the neighborhood, and the circumstances. I've seen some shady characters on scooters- and some IDIOTS too--weaving in and out of traffic, cutting off cars and even city buses! If I saw one of those get in trouble, NO!

I was going to Sturgis a few years ago, saw a HD parked on the side of the road, stopped, chatted, he was just taking a smoke break. But had a nice talk and saw him a few days later in Sturgis.
Riding down the main street in Denver, saw a HD parked and the owner sitting on the curb with his head in his hands.
His exhaust pipes fell off. I went to the auto store, bought some tools, went back and helped him put it back on, and tight this time
and many more
never hurts anyone to do a good thing
Reason: I ran out gas in the middle of no where Texas (between Lubbock and Wichita Falls) The guy tkes me to the next town, lets me use his gas can (I had the $5), and takes me back, and WAITS till I get my 65 Plymouth running. That's why I don't hesitate to help others

Yea, gotta agree with ya on that one. So, you're saying that no one ever helped you and you're not gonna help anyone else? No wonder this world is fvcked up No offense, just saying But, be it known, that if I saw YOU broke down, I WOULD stop and help
