I use whatever I have,,
I have used spray wax,Windex,pledge,even spit...lol..I get a microfiber towel from the dollar store and it works awesome!!!

[replyingto=renegadestang]renegadestang[/replyingto]Well they sell stuff at the snake oil shop(cycle shop)made just for cleaning shields  ...if you want to pay the big $$ for it thats up to you,,like I said anything will work,,if your worried about it,,you can dilute windex 50/50 and that will work awesome...Ive been riding for 35 years and just using what I have... I use an eyeglasses moist towelette to clean the visor, and if there is any moistness left, I will wipe down the whole helmet.
I do apply an anti-fog called Clarity Defog It - It is so expensive ($12 for 5ml, shipped), I am almost afraid to use it. But it works. I save it for the cooler parts of the season(S)
Reading reviews today, lots of TOO TINY reports.

They say paper towel will scratch it,,but I never had a problem....dollar store micro fiber,,cant go wrong!

Definitely cleaning my helmet lens today. The last few days of riding home from working late bugs were awful. It felt like I was getting hit by someone who had a chain gun, shooting spit wads.

Anyone ever try to use any RainX products? I think they have wipes for anti-fog too.
