He just doesn't know the speedo is in KM/H so yes 80km/h = 50 real mph which 99% of the 150s will do.

I bought a New scooter with 11 miles on it. I paid 1/2 the price of new!I've got 500 miles on it ,and am very happy so far.

yeah, 80kmh is 50mph, which is pretty slow for a 150; nothing spectacular. And yes, you can ride it on the interstate, because the minimum speed is 50MPH; 50MPH, which my TaoTao ATM50 (4stroke 50cc) just can't reach without some back wind
