I am wondering who has given their scoot a name? It's kind of fun.... I'm naming my scoot "Herbie" after the VW beetle cause I will be putting Herbie stripes on him soon. So have you named your scoot?

No offence but seems like a woman thing, I do have a few names for it when things don't go right.

I named my scoot Ilse after Ilse Hirsch. So I suppose that the guys who named their bombers Memphis Belle and other such names during WWII were doing a "woman thing?" I even have nose art for mine.

My scoot is Patricia. My Mrs calls it my "scooter patooter", and one day on my 45 mile ride home, it was -5degC, and while singing (badly and loud) inside my helmet to take my mind off the cold, it kind of stuck.
She may be declared KIA soon though, I've got to change the timing chain, and Haynes says it could either take an hour and be easy, or I could end up splitting the crank case over about a week!
Hopefully it'll be the first one, Ian

Have not named my scoot, but have named me..."Ol Scoot"! Think it would make a nice license plate. Maybe I'll start a new club in the area...the Ol Scoots! Course, that may cut out some of our younger scoots...and there are some out there! LOL

My daughter stuck a label on mine that says "Happy Days". I think she made the sticker because everytime I ride I come home happy.

I don't have a name for mine yet. I usually call it "my baby" or stuff like that. I name it all sorts of things if it's not running right....

The first scoot I had gave me problems all the time so it was mostly called "You little f**k". The one I have now is working just fine so I named it "Toy"...
