Thats not bad at all,, I put one like that on a john deere tractor this fall,,they work really good!! You NEVER have to worry about an empty bowl with that thing inline..lol
What did you just splice into the wire that feeds the solenoid/key on 12vdc power?

Yeah I will get a pump,,if you want you can PM me the info brother! I never liked the enricher mechanism/circuit on the GY6 anyway and I only ride when its sorta warm so the pumper will fire it right up,,had a harley with one and never used the choke.

I was doing that onewheel,,but mines still clean at 1000km...you could do 500km in 2 days easy.. 310 real miles (500km) on this little scooter takes me about 3-4 weeks in the summer riding everyday. That'd be a lot of country road riding since I can't ride this on highways--- maybe on a 150. I don't do long trips because there isn't anywhere worth going on this thing outside of town, unfortunately. South Bend is a 25 min car ride from here-- but that's from point a to point b, not country roads. It'd probably take me well over an hour to get there- just not worth the time or boring scenery on the way, lol. My oil change average was probably closer to 600km. It was pretty dark at 800+km and easily pitch black at 1000km. 10-4 man,, mine wasn't perfect at 1000km it was still golden brown though..just the right time to get it out if you ask me,,black means carbon and we don't want that!!

Welcome aboard! Well you are going to have to get a nice free flow UNI pod air filter and free flow exhaust to go with the BBK as well,,to get the most out of it,,you might want to get a big port head, performance intake, bigger cam,and up jet the carb so the air fuel mix match to a nice tune,,then a coil and CDI as well..after all that you can move to the CVT/clutch area,,hope you have deep pockets..lol..JK
I get my stuff from John here on the site, also gy6 Racing Team on ebay,,Walter from Unique Scooter, and GY6 Racing store out of Denver Carolina. All seem to be good sellers.

Oh yeah,,your right!!! I was looking at it wrong,,the bigger valve is the intake,,thanks alot for the heads up man!! Awesome!!! I will probably get the carb too,,thanks!! The CDI I have in there now is a progress racing,,I like it better than the orange one I had(hard starting),,it seems to start good,,I do have a stock one or two here so if the blue one starts havock I will change it until I get a good one from John...think he has the adjustable ones also.. BTW-That was your cam stopper slamming when the motor fires backwards,,I was just going to grind the tit off my cam stopper so it wouldnt slam like that and if the motor started backwards a quick blip of the throttle should kill it...or hit the key.. Is this the carb you guys are running?? Looks like its got an accelerator pump on it,,kinda cool..wont ever get that bog when you hit the fuel hard ever again! www.ebay.com/itm/SCOOTER-150CC-GY6-RACING-HIGH-PERFORMANCE-CARB-30MM-/191464938692

Thanks guys,, I will post some pics of the rings and piston when I get them just to be sure it goes in the right way the first time... Here is the BBK I got..from the pic the piston looks to have the same size indents for the valves on both sides but I will measure them,,you would think if it has a bigger indent that would go toward the bigger valve like the exhaust side, you confused me a bit?? I also measured my crank case opening,,its 63mm so plenty of room,,the BBK is 61mm OD of jug.

I have a couple questions on my first BBK, When installing the rings I do know they need to be clocked or offset 120 degrees or in a Y pattern so the end gap does not line up with another..also end gap should be around .007 and never be over a clip.
Do the top two rings go in any certain order,,or are they identical and it doesn't matter which one goes top or second? Thanks!

I learned that taking pictures of the odometer for oil changes really helps out. My goal was/is to change it every 500km. It's easy to slip up in the warmer months when the miles add up quickly, without anything to refer to. I was doing that onewheel,,but mines still clean at 1000km...you could do 500km in 2 days easy..

You know what , lain may actually be right. My underseat compartment sits only a few inches or less above my carb. I think I'd have to remove it to fit that type of manifold setup. Yeah that,, Or cut a big notch in it and have the vacuum cap sticking out right where your bean bag is..
