The engine is disassembled and in a bucket should he push it in a wheel barrow for 50 miles and then change the oil? Or will a ride in the car do fine? I think the wheelbarrow is a better idea. The rough ride will shake things up

a rectifier is simply an array of diodes connected in opposing ways to convert ac voltage to dc voltage. strength would mean the size of the diodes ( ho much current it can handle) amperes. a Regulator keeps the voltage constant regardless of how many rpm's the motor is spinning The source for the voltage is the stator. As far as the pin configuration goes, it depends on your harness. It charges the battery yes. In some cases, it also powers lights etc. Most are both regulator/rectifier.

What's the point? might as well just use the car. Bikes are not supposed to be "climate-controlled" why not just add a convertible top too? Having been on the water in all kinds of weather conditions,I can tell you that there are many brands of foul weather gear available for a lot less than that "thing".And there is no hose hooked to them If you dress apropriately for the weather, you do'nt need things like that-(just a toy for the priveleged) sorry, I just think it's ridiculous.

500ma is good 750 ma or 3/4 amp is ok too but you really should'nt go any that with a charger. you could ruin the battery, especially if it's a cheap one.

[replyingto=scootnwinn]scootnwinn[/replyingto]what would clattering be a sign of? When mine is hot, after a few miles,if I come to a complete stop, when I take off it will clatter one or two times, and then be fine. No hesitation, just an abrupt clack-clack-zoom This is since the BBK.
