I've been wanting to buy one like in the top pick. Those are pretty nice , but if I'm not mistaken they are a little pricey.

I'd say by run adjusting the float. If its the float , bigger fuel line won't help.

I removed all on mine . I forget what I did , lol. I do know I used a blow dryer on the floor boards and they peeled right off .

or water either. Mine has a washable foam element on it like a lawnmower would use. Your CVT does ?

Yeah, if I recall correctly some are not even street legal. The races are done on a closed off street with permission , but when they go out and test the cars at night , they are doing it illegally. It is a really good show.

Another good idea is not to buy avariator with the Teflon coating. It seems as if most of the more expensive variators don't have the coating. I had one put out so much dust that it jammed the boss inside the variator. I had to pound the boss out of the variator !!

You def have a CVT issue. It sounds as if the variator is spinning , but the belt is not wanting to spin . the belt was probably ok until it glazed over and the variator began slipping. Id say you have a clutch issue. How are then plastic v-side guides ? It Almost has to be that the clutch is not opening the way it should. How do you put then belts on ? Its hard to shred a real gates Kevlar belt. That thing has to have some tension and has to be getting hot. I'd get it fixed as soon as possible. That much tension on the crank is not good for the bearings.

A small electric fan on the CVT cover would be a good idea , however it would be wise to filter the air entering the CVT. We don't want and extra dirt in the CVT.

How hot should the variator get ? I'm sure a hot CVT is normal , but what would be too hot ? I have problems with glazed belts. I have a fanless drive face , but my CVT cover is opened up in a few places to allow some of the heat to escape. If I go on a short trip , my variator is still so hot that I cannot touch it , at least not for more then a second or so. Even wearing glove I cannot hold it all that long. Is this normal ? Its been like this since I can remember.
