If it is broken, you cannot make it worse.
With my Savage with it's 14AH AGM battery I have left the lights on overnight, several times, revived with a 10 amp car battery charger.

I am on the left coast, on a Vespa 150. But if I was on the right coast I would be looking at a Lance, $1,699 MSRP, 30 mph, big enough to carry two -- www.scootersgogreen.com/ their website has been up since 2008.

The "liquid fuel" is white gasoline -- just gas without additions. Those fuel bottles are designed for gasoline.
The leak a LOT less than regular gasoline cans, hence far safer.
They sell the plastic gas cans mainly because they are cheaper. Plastic cans are not recommended inside cars/truck cabs because they leak. We don't care about gas fumes because we are not enclosed.

WHOIS the owner: www.networksolutions.com/whois/results.jsp?domain=boostinductionsystems.comboostinductionsystems.com is hiding behind a proxy registrant: Registrant Name: Registration Private Registrant Organization: Domains By Proxy, LLC Registrant Street: DomainsByProxy.com Registrant Street: 14747 N Northsight Blvd Suite 111, PMB 309 Registrant City: Scottsdale Registrant State/Province: Arizona Registrant Postal Code: 85260 Note: The UPS Store 14747 N Northsight Blvd #111, Scottsdale, AZ (480) 483-0200 DomainsByProxy.com is a mailbox drop. You cannot even talk to the registrant either -- the people who make that "boost bottle" crap is hiding under at least two levels down. Those who sell those bottles are hiding. They have no physical location. The telephone number is a cell phone number. However, as far as I know, it will not harm your scooter. It will do nothing other than lighten your wallet.

"new" -- meaning I got it new, mounted onto the wheel, wouldn't quite fit on my Vespa. It is a 2512 dated tire, a bit old. Best price I can find on the Internet is $36, I'll sell it for $31, within 40 miles from Torrance CA or for actual shipping cost.

It may meet DOT specifications, but will not be legal in California.
CVC 27803 ... (e) For the purposes of this section, “wear a safety helmet” or “wearing a safety helmet” means having a safety helmet meeting the requirements of Section 27802 on the person’s head that is fastened with the helmet straps....
No strap, not legal.

I just got a Heidenau tire for my Vespa, cheaper than anyone else, arrived in just about a week and I think they said they had to get it from Europe. However, if you are looking at www.scooterdynasty.com/, they have a Brick and Mortar in Downtown Los Angeles, just 12.5 miles from my house. You want pictures of them and their store?

Dinner averages about 2 hours to make. Today it was quick, hamburger and fries. Tomorrow will be Cornish Pasties: Last week took a trip into the Sequoia National Park et al, a 600 ride on the scooter. Had pork chops beans and mash potato Tuesday, Wednesday was sirloin steaks barbequed over a wood fire with corn on the cob that was picked that morning, Thursday was barbequed chicken thighs with Rice-a-Roni. Always with a beer. Retired means I can cook -- Ratatouille, Jambalaya, Strognoff, beef stew (takes over 4 hours to cook,) stuffed peppers (green, red, orange or yellow stuffed with beef or Italian sausage,) Kielbasa served with sauerkraut and latkes....

Trunks, tail boxes, whatever, are ugly. But handy. MY solution: The little 8 gallon Rubbermaid ActionPacker box. I glued a small piece of sheet steel to the inside bottom, drilled four holes, use two u-bolts that can mount/dismount off the rear rack in under a minute. With two small padlocks so the stuff will still be there when I open it. I can carry 30 pounds of groceries in the box, 10 pounds more under the seat, and put the bulky in a grocery bag on the hook in front of seat.
