You might want to take a real good look at your clutch champ. Even the cheapest poopiekaka belts dont break that fast.

Anyone know where to get manuals for scooter/motorcycles? My buddy has a Jincheng 49cc with 4 speeds like a motorcycle and constantly asks me to help him. Im a CVT guy and know nothing about those types of transmissions.

Start button sticking. Spray it wit a little WD40 & work it in and out, or just replace it.

Thats a Minarelli two-stroke brah. You want it to last? Use Yamalube two-stroke oil.

Replace the bendix. Everything is worn to the point its not returning. Specifically the return spring and the cap that stops at that retaining clip. It only looks like its falling out when you pull the cover with its nice new snug bushing away from the engines' warm, worn one.

;p ;o Outstanding Alleyoop! "Well, test it again" That took me back to the first shop I worked at & was still pretty green. I'd (thought) cleaned a carb the lead mech said was the problem & it still wouldnt run right. When I voiced my complaint to him he said "well, clean it again" and walked away. No explanation, no fanfare, no jokes. I'd done the rental unit "blow n go" so I cleaned it old school the second time (strip n soak) and sure enough...zoom zoom! 15 years later when I know Ive gone too fast to be thorough & am not successful I catch myself saying it out loud to myself "well, do it again". Thanks man! Cool end to my day

Check your clutch for a broken shoe or spring - more than likely the problem. IF theyre in good shape it could be you have the wrong belt size. Could be the person who sold it to you (or fixed it for him) just slapped on a belt from another 150 to make a quick buck. I see that in my shop from time to time.

You could I guess. Seems like extra work though. Personally I'd be more comfortable with gravity (the catch tube) and the air filter itself as a safegaurd/barrier to that

(o) If you plumb it to the airbox install a catch tube about halfway with a T connect and hose - preferably clear. Otherwise the oil that does get by gets into your airbox and eventually, your carb.

Front wheel bearings bro. Swerves to the left cuz the initial pressure from the caliper caused premature wear. When you got the wheel off push up on both shocks seperately. Be willing to bet the left ones' softer than the right one.
