Ok im back again i have a 80cc bbk kit coming in the mail verifided to be the correct one,a aftermarket cdi box, open end air filter, #  main jet, larger fuel filter an a moded exhaust.... Am i missing anything that would make my ped still not run after all is installed....i cracked my piston so while im replacing that i might as well bbk it right:) but i want to make sure im doing it correct in the process no messing anything more up! Thanks guys! |

I just might but the harbor freight goes up to 210 ...i hit it with a snap on large impact with 208...

Ive seen the wood tool before maybe ill make one but as for the rope trick no way i stated in my first post the rope trick snaped my piston but i need to get it off. Has anyone else ever delt with a nut that wont come off i hit it with 208lbs today an nothing it wont brake loose an im afraid if i try the wood tool ill brake something else

I have a open air filter i bought it for the bbk... I also just bought a  because i seen it came with most the bbk kits online. But i do have 3 jets that r to small an a drill press! |

I have the hole motor riped down to so with out everything together i cant judge height either..so i hope so
