Ok guys I'm back with more needs of help. Im trying to get my varaitor nut off still....i tried a impact first hitting it with 140lbs nothing it just laughed at me. Desided i had to try something else so i tried the rope trick... Packed about 12 inchs of rope in there an tried by hand with a breaker bar..i broke my piston in half.. I just ordered a 80cc bbk to fix that issue but i still have to remove that nut the motors riped down waiting for the bbk on monday. Any advice guys...the bike was bought last year an the nut has never been taken off before....2012 taotao atm-50 gy6 motor

I already purchased a cvk carb that isnt sealed... It came with a 78 main jet i also have a 81 an a . I was leaning toward a to was wondering also how much of a diffrence a is from a ...

Has anyone ever put a 80cc bbk kit on a 2012 taotao atm im wondering what what the main jet needs to be replaced to without buying a bunch an haveing trial an error period..

Ok well i just bought a 80cc bbk kit but trying to find what size jet ill need is turning out to be harder yhen i tjought...has any one ever put a 80cc bbk kit on a taotao 2012 an no what size ill need to buy

I have decided if it is a piston or bent valve that id upgrade to a 80cc bore kit..for the price on ebay i might as well if i have to pull the motor apart like that any how...around 50 bucks does anyone no if those kits are complete or if id have to buy extra stuff as well?

I SET MY VALVES THE CORRECT WAY AS SHOW...I HAVE BLUE SPARK AN THERE NO LACK OF IT...THE ROPE DIDNT GET DAMAGED AT ALL BECAME A LIL BLACK IS ALL. I NEVER GOT THE NUT LOOSE ON MY VARITOR I AM WILLING TO TRY A DIFFRENT TACTIC IF I CAN GET IT STARTED UP AGAIN THO... WHAT EVER HAPPENED HAPPENEND WHEN THE ROPE WASNIN THERE THO. HOW WOULD I CHECK IF THE VALVE IS BENT. IM STUCK!

I adjusted them how i was suppose to properly ....but it still dont start my sparks blue...i was trying to remove the nut simply to de-restrict my varitator by removing the washer... I did not get it off i never got it to brake loose...i will try it again if i can get the thing started that is... Like i said before it ran great before the rope trick ruined it... What could have possible happened when the rope let the piston roll over while trying to remove that nut?
