I have owned this Bali 250 new, in 2008. 6700 miles on it now, still runs great, and on the level it will do 68 mph, down hills maybe 75 to 80 mph. I take it out on 54 Expressway outside Jefferson City Missouri often and the speed limit is 70 mph. Cars and trucks probably think," What the.. Is that a scooter traveling 70 mph.. I want one"?.. It has the Honda Helix 244cc engine. The body style is that of a Honda Foresight 250.. The Honda Foresight was only sold in Europe and Asia.. You can look up Honda Foresight 250 under googles images.. I recently had it blown over by a thunderstorm. It done $259 in damage and the price to have someone repair it was another $300. So since it was fully covered under insurance, they wrote me a check for $309- $250 was my deductible. Broke the windshield, both mirrors, helmet cover, helmet sheet, back of dash, knocked ignition a inch out of place, broke reflector. Notice the mirror are diamond shaped now, led lights on windshield verses mirrors, there is an alarm on it now. The helmet cover I could only get in white, so I painted other areas white to blend it in.. Attachments:

Ya, funny.. It rained here today too.. lol... I live 6 miles from Jefferson City Missouri.. I also was in the process of cleaning up my scooter.. Spray painted on some body parts. But the clouds moved in fast and I got it all back together and covered with a tarp, 10 minutes before the rain let loose. Your scooter and bike look nice.. The rain is over now- now waiting for it to get hot and steamy.. Attachments:

Ya, it gives it a fresh new look. It also is one's unique way of making their scooter stand out from others. Get rid of maybe faded paint areas. Attachments:

carb choke

Well, too tell the truth, I have not touched my carb in 3 years.. Runs good, so I leave it alone. I realize, this is not the best thing to do, because it will eventually clog up.. I add some SeaFoam every once in a while. Most people do this, because carbs are cheap on 49cc and 150cc scooters. Mine will cost at the high bucks $194 + shipping. I had my MC-13-250 scooter for over 5 years and still running good. I would not be hurt buying a new carb., but I could still get use out of this- maybe another 4 years if cleaned it up, changed all hoses,.. The auto choke has an adjustment by it, but I don't know enough to say if moved, well which direction the scooter will run better at. I still need a new spark plug- the one I am using has been used for 2 years. I am usually a little better at keeping up with maintenance, but have slacked off a bit.

Thanks for removing that ugily post from this forum. People should be friendly and help one another and not take hate as a subject to belittle another. It really made me upset to see hateful talk toward another member. D8

I like the new site, but wish people would let things go verses getting offended and telling one another off. It is suppose to be a friendly forum without bickering. It has always been said to me, if you have nothing good to say, say nothing at all. It makes others feel awkward and that is not what the forum is for.

Yes, it is a Roketa MC-114.. Found it for sell online $700 including shipping. The hi low gear allows you to down shift to make it easy on engine to climb hills. It is chain drive verses belt. The engine also is allowed adequate air flow. The Chinese copied Honda. So I would not doubt it being a clone of the ct110.. except 49cc.. But I have owned the MC-13-250 for over 5 years and still runs great, so I am satisfied with Roketa. They copied the MC-13-250 from the Honda Foresight( only sold in Asia and Europe) and copied the engine from the 244cc Honda Helix..
