How does it bolt up? Im not seeing a bracket. They sell brackets on Ebay for 20 sumpin bucks...or do as I did for my gf's hi po exhaust. Make one! Here is a pic. Cost me $3.75 for the 3/4X1/2 aluminum angle stock...and 30 mins time to make it....only needing a hacksaw. Arrows in pic show the 2 pieces I made... Has held up 4 years now.. ;D Attachments:

keep it!! Enjoy the riding..ya may have gotten a Lemon is all. Last year I sold a Tank Urban Sporty with 12,800 miles on it. ALL ORIGINAL...plug and belt even! The kid put about 2,000 on it and the belt broke. Put a new belt in for him and he still rides it. 2 of our Sunny 50's have 7,000 and 8,000 miles on them...with a BBK even! Still going! Bought a Roketa from a kid to fix up for my nephew...only had just over 1,200 miles. Exhaust valve keeper let loose and ate the top end. So ya never know. New top end..and being 19 years old..of course he wanted the 100cc (83cc) BBK. Last week he dropped by to have me order him a new lower side panel he had busted when sliding off the road riding in the snow. His is just over 4,000 miles now...which surprises me cause well...being a kid...he really beats on that BBK scoot and seems to know only 2 speeds.. STOP and WOT... So keep it..you enjoyed the ride before...so enjoy it again!

New performance parts for sale and a few new stock parts. 1.Minarelli aluminum high flow ported intake manifold $15.00 + shipping 2.VM11/22 Large round jet for Jog/Minarelli carbs # $6.00 shipped. 3. 2 Jog/MInarelli #45 Pilot Jets to replace your #42 when you do a 72cc BBK. Gives smoother idle and better low end take off as the #42 can be too lean. Can only be purchased from company that manufactures the carbs for $20.00 each. Yamaha 50cc-250cc use the same carb we do..but even Yamaha doesn't carry them or can get them. Swift move Yamaha..go from Mikuni to a Chinese TK carb.Stumbled onto several of these when a small motorcycle/scoot repair went out of business.Sold 7..got the 2 left. 4. Malossi .27mm Carbon Fiber reeds. $10.00 shipped. Really wakes up your engine and replaces the stock steel reeds that break off and ruin your top end. 5.Stock rubber Jog/Minarelli intake manifold. $6.00 + shipping 6.GY6 150 oil pump. $6.00 + shipping. 7.GY6 150 18X14 14g Roller Weights. $5.00 +shipping 8. 4 prong GY6 Full Wave Regulator/Rectifier. Bolted on but never plugged in or used. Found Stator voltage to be bad and I never charge customers for parts they don't need. $6.00 + shipping Items will be shipped with any carrier you prefer, but to save money Parcel Post is the cheapest and I have found when I ship items that way...the person gets them just as quick as Priority Mail.. [replyingto=skuttadawg]skuttadawg[/replyingto]Kevin..thanks and kewl. I learned sumpin even. I thought they test ran the engines after the Scoot was completely built. But they don't...they are bench run and tested with their mini Dyno. That was the Znen company...and very clean..nice and pristine it was. I wonder how many of the other scoot companies compare to this....or are they made and assembled in an old run down abandoned warehouse I wonder..

I used my Lithium battery all winter..never had to float charge it like my gf's 'wet cell' lead acid battery. Cranked everytime... Now of course I do know you like to negate nearly everything folks post(especially if it's me) and come up with some bizarre and outlandish 'facts' that bear no true testimony. Merely based on speculation. I find it odd that MANY have thanked me for my posts...ideas and suggestions..tips etc that have worked for them. Not seen one for your posts. Not flaming..angry..being rude or disrespectful. Simply stating a fact and asking that if you have nothing positive..only negative things to say to or about me....or my posts. Please refrain and keep it to yourself. Thank you and I hope you enjoy happy and safe riding... ?? And you are? What do you care if I say nothing positive about your thread? My response was in reply to the OP's request, and yes, I did not read the rest of the thread, just suggesting something. I'm sorry your feelings get hurt because no one's there to pat you on the back, but GET OVER IT man! You're sounding like a 5 year old, not getting a cookie; for real... Not expecting a pat on the back..and I did get a thank you. Also my feelings are not hurt. Why would my feelings be hurt because you negate nearly everyone's posts...then post off the wall stuff and many many speculative thoughts as factual?.. That falls on you...not me. Btw..I did have 2 Windmill cookies with my coffee this morning...so I am fine there.. ;D

The thing is to find one size TALLER rollers, the width you want the same size due to the width of the ramps. It really is a no brainer, I finally found 19x14 12gram rollers only from the UK they are being shipped as we speak. My Variator takes 18x14. So what I will do is mark my Variator and run it with 12gram 18x14 rollers take a picture of the mark left. Then I will put in the 19x14 rollers and remark the Variator and take a picture. I will post the results when that happens, how does that grab you But when I do get them I will measure them to make sure THEY REALLY are 19x14 and not 18x14. Also I will weigh the rollers to see if what they really weigh. I will post the results when that happens, how does that grab you Mind you it will not happen that soon since it is not riding weather around here(HAHA). Alleyoop I hope yours is like mine...did not think 1mm would be anything..but as I said with the sliders they are more than 1mm at the end of travel due to the elliptical shape is my best guess. I was not able to find 16X12...looked everywhere. So I used 16X13 and 10-12 hard swipes across it...they were 12mm. Hope your weather gets better cause I can't wait to hear your results. @ Hank..yes..true..you cannot beat that Ditech engine...they built to the hilt..yes sir. ;D

Hey my starter didn't have a newspaper with it. I feel ripped off You are not missing anything...even their newspaper is cheaply made..it falls to pieces as you browse through it...and the ink rubs off on your hands. So after you look through their newspaper....your hands look like you just rebuilt an engine..

thanks now just have to get all the plastics off lol Should not be too hard...unless it is a Retro model..they are a bear cause ya gotta remove almost all the panels to get to your spark plug even..and all of them for a BBK. What kind of scoot ya got? p.s. Just remember..once the screws are removed on any of the scoots...the panels do not just pop off...they have tabs and typically must be slidden backwards to release them from the slot the tabs are in. Otherwise they will break off if you just pull them off.

thanks millsc just ordered the one from e bay You will like the Ebay kit...have installed many for customers... BUT REMEMBER...DO NOT run it full throttle for miles on end or other long stretches. It may be powerful and fast..but just like your car..you never drive it full throttle...you'd blow the engine...and same with a scooter. My Hayabusa would do 160+..fastest I ever went..100mph....no need to blow an engine..I will just take Suzuki's word for its top speed...

I'd wait until winter. The battery usually performs better in summer than winter. I used my Lithium battery all winter..never had to float charge it like my gf's 'wet cell' lead acid battery.
