I'm not good at electrics but I'll figure this out.. I have installed many for folks so they can charge their cell phones...then kick back with a smoke or whatever. It is super simple YOU CAN do it as ya only have 2 wires to work with.Red and Black..and guess where you would hook them up to your battery? Hope ya guessed Red and Black poles. As said above..DO MAKE SURE you put an inline fuse on the Red wire. It's as easy as that. ;D Glenn

Walt...that sux and is a bit funny in a way. Ya see 99% of what I work on here is 50cc. My wholsesaler sent me a box of 150cc brake shoes once...when I ordered the 105mm 50cc ones I got 125mm 150cc ones. But he sent a return shipping label and the correct parts. Will they do that for you since it was their error?... hope so. Another thing I mention to folks...just because it says NCY..does not mean it is...companies over there will stamp anything you want on their product. My last bunch of NCY parts came from Jinan Shikui Trading Co., Ltd....and yours came from Chian-Yie Industrial company,LTD. So I never know for sure what I am really getting..nor do many folks I'm sure... I would though demand an exchange or credit back...

I almost flipped it over when I did a full throttle take off. I figured I'd see what the top speed was. That right there indicates your variator weights are too light...allowing the engine to rev high and quickly giving you good bottom end...but not heavy enough to take full potential of the variator travel. How heavy of weights are you using now? 52 is a bit slow for a 150! My Jonway Hornet with a 72cc big bore kit will hit 56 GPS. All the 150' I have ridden were close to 60 and one was right at 70...but he had a performance variator tuned properly with his slider weights. Check the weight of your weights and let us know what ya got..we will go from there.

rewire new stator to floating ground fullwave and you are fixed. You can't trust multimeters to read the ac off these coils correctly. they use rms. I have one of those for sale in 'for sale' section if he needs. Full wave ..floating ground. Unreal low price.. ;D

I've been doing great! Very busy selling parts online. Amazon has been a big boon for us. We're one of their top sellers. We just signed on with Rakuten.com (buy.com) and Sears.com. We are talking to Overstock.com as well. Pretty soon we will be selling on every major marketplace on the Internet. Greg Greg...good deal..congrats...kick @ss! Where is your banner here? Glad you are on Amazon. I gave up shopping there as most Vendors are ridiculous... i.e. Mirror set $12. ....shipping..$14.50!! ... QMB139 stock CDI $7.98...shipping $9. . Going to check your sites now..need a 2T oil pump and my wholesalers in China only sell the non cable controlled...non adjustable ones. No tx...I like to have control over the mixture and set mine a tad rich.

what kind of oil are you using?? when its cold it does take a while for it to warm up. I have seen some use a heat gun on the engine to warm it up before starting lol Hey Walt...when it gets to like -10 degrees here...sometimes even a 10w-30w oil in your car has problems. So many of us use our 500w work lamp. You slide it under the oil pan and give it 10 minutes or so. ;D Attachments:

Where did that icon go? Is it just me..or is everyone else missing the '2 Thumbs up' Icon when replying to a post or sending a pm. The icon is missing..the word 'cheesy' is in its place. I tried it and it is not the '2 Thumbs up' icon....it just appears as the word 'cheesy' in any post or pm.... Hey Mods...put it back will ya please?..

how is the cold start with other scooters? it has been pretty warm around here for the last few weeks since i bought my new tao tao 50cc but yesterday we hit a cold snap, last night outside work i had to spend 10 minutes babying the throttle until it seamed able to stay running, the ride home was even slower than usual with a lot of bogging down and not much throttle response. used it again this morning (still cold, 35 degrees) and again what a of a time i had getting it running. i originaally thought it was running rich given the slight carbon build up on the plug when i switched out the stock for an ngk after only 40 miles but i guess i was wrong. wouldnt a rich running engine start great in the cold? looks like ill go back to riding my old roketa which i used all winter long at way below freezing, a bit of a dog to get started cold or walm but once its started it runs fantastic all be it a little noisier and less comfortable. We ride all winter here in Michigan..even at 5 degrees out as long as the roads are clear. We are no colder than the Snowmobile riders cause we dress like them...and can't hit 70+ mph like them..where the wind chill gets really nasty. Even at 0-5 degrees our Sunny scoots and my Jonway Hornet 2T fire right up.With colder air being more dense and O2 saturated we get faster take offs and higher speeds even. ;D We never need to float charge cause we start and run them frequently all winter.
