Well its my turn to chime in since i live in PR, Walter you are correct about people hating him here. After buying my bs Oko carb from him I found out that almost all dealers in my area were using him and were looking else where for parts. They went to Rmp (lucky her)sorry i tried to get them to call you 1st. I really hope he pisses someone off enough that they roll (hes in a wheel chair) him into PR 111.

Walter it should not surprise you that people here drink and drive anything. I dont think i know 1 person (going out on a limb here) that is not an alcoholic here. Beer is so cheap and unless you are in Mayaguez, Ponce or San Juan cops dont really care. All you have to do is avoid the flashing lights at night and your ok. If they had a warrant system in place here it would be soooo different.

I disagree rockynv. I ride tight twisty mountain roads almost daily and find it better since lowering it. I will say that you cannot lean to far left if you leave the center stand on. You will notice that mine is removed on this scooter. As for speed bumps, you should creep over them anyway so why not make the scooter lower.

you can cut the springs..just need to play around with the shock oil to make it smoother. The only problem is if you go to soft you can bottom, and it hurts
