Has anyone put one on there scooter? im thinking of getting one and would like some input how hard are they to install and such

I forgot to add i live in NM and it gets hot i mean real hot here thats why i want to get one

JR did a DYI oil cooler from junk yard parts for his 150 Rpketa a couple years ago.
There are some kits you can but, some are pretty expensive, Parts for Scooters I think has one you can buy.

i have found quite a few 49cc coolers but the installation is the part i cant figgure out there are no oil lines on mine and the only way i see is to drill and tap it somewhere

Some have two drain plugs check to see if yours does . Some put a return into the dipstick hole

They sell a cylinder head temperature gauge that has a ring that goes under the spark plug. I would install one of those so you could keep track of the temperature it is running at.
