A bigger carb will add more top speed if the head is ported paired with a performance manifold, I run a smaller carb which provides better acceleration and take off due to faster air flow. I probably could get a 30mm flat side and get better top end but it does 71 gps now and takes off like a rocket good enough for me. No need to run a performance exhaust without an open air filter. Mine is maxed bored and stroked I use a 120 jet

Can't judge speed by passing cars my highly modded 50cc bikes passed cars in 40 plus zones, but my fastest 50cc was just as fast as my stock 150cc. My highly modified 150 is a beast I blow by cars on the 55 mph highway, I haven't totally maxed the speed yet more to go. I will be posting a vid once I hit 500 miles on the stroker and cylinder kit 150 miles to go.

Bottom line is that a stock scooter is more reliable if you simply put a adjustable carb in it with the proper jet. Mine is highly modded with good quality parts and runs awesome for now hopefully for many miles to come.

All the Chinese motors are pretty much the same mine may have went faster stock I pulled the motor at 6 miles just type in GPS speedometer in the store they all work pretty good and are accurate with my car Speedo.

Mine only did 51 GPS stock it was still too slow for my taste, i planned to mod it before i got it. For what i do and go its more than enough the stroker was the best mod i have done. Didn't gain top speed at first just a bunch of torque and hill climbing power, the top speed came after i went to the 17 36 gear set, the 15 37 gears must of limited me some. But after the last gear upgrade it woke up on the top, i didn't lose any torque either.

My stock chain only had 600 miles on it at the time though yours with 10000 I ld replace it with a good quality link chain. I've put around 400 miles on my stroker and taida cylinder kit it seems to be improving more and more with break in. I'm past the worry of the chain snapping now I believe it will hold up for many many miles.

like i said before the 4mm crank only needs a half millimeter more shim than the the three, the spacer no gasket is perfect for the 3mm no gasket the piston is right at the top you can see pics on my thread. if you add gaskets to both sides it will not be at the top off the cylinder since the gaskets are around 1mm that come with the spacer. one ncy gasket and gasket sealer would be the best choice to maximize performance and compression. You may need a high torque starter upgraded wires on the starter and a high torque 20 sprag starter clutch, i needed it.

one gasket one each side yes, but the chain will still be loose the gaskets that come with spacer are thick so the piston will be recessed a little and you lose compression, will be less powerful than the 3mm. I researched and weighed my options for awhile before i decided on my choice.

Seems like you have everything you need, just have to figure out a way to mod the tensioner to take the slack out of the 92 link chain. I'll be watching since I chose not to fight the build and got the 3mm. The extra 6cc wasn't worth it for me and I'm pleased with the 3mm stroke, I don't regret my choice.

52mm build

I always use two gaskets with the 52mm kits keeps compression in a reasonable range so the e start can crank it, I used main jets with 20mm carbs open air filter and exhaust.

Upgrades up the resell value if done correctly, most don't know anything about the parts they just want it to go fast.
