After installing my bbk I used scrappys 50/16 gears and got a really good gain. If you have a lot if torque you could use a taller gear such as the hoca gears at partsforscooters.com. A lot of the tuning the cvt and gears will be depend on your weight of though.

A 50mm bbk and a set of scrappy 50/16 gears would do you pretty well if you are trying to stay on a cheap budget and doing the work yourself. What budget and speeds are you looking for?

Thought about it and then just staring thinking about it. I plan on more motor work. The scooter has been sitting outside in the fla sun for two years and looks horrible and it needs tires. Figured just do it all up at once and get it over with.

It's a no go at orileys. They didn't have a oil filter wrench big enough. Advanced auto next.
