the adapter was something i had laying around and just trimmed it down. it was longer. i tried this setup last yr and it sputtered at all rpm range. didnt have jets at time. was just playing around on a summer day. scoot ran fine with pod on carb but i just thought this looks much cooler. forgot i bad pipe sitting around and stumbled by it looking for other stuff and decided to order a few jets and see if i can dial in a setup. need some more nice days to fine tune now but base setup with88 and 35 pilot seems good after a few alleyway runs.[/span]

the shoe snapped at the edge where the spring goes in. whole edge of the shoe broke off. the hoca comes with 1g rpm clutch springs wich should be next bump up from stock correct? i like the stock springs but want just a small take off boost and it says it comes with 1500 contra spring wich should help with hills a bit more. im not after more top end just want to get to 35 and hold a bit better up hills. more i think about it with the 6g sliders i have this set up in theory should give me what i need. sds clutch has 2g clutch and contra springs. oh the decisions of life haha

i ordered a replacement head. will be weekend chore assuming its here which it should be. winter list will be the bbk with some other goods. and yes the plug is loose enough that you can wiggle it a good 1/8 in back n forth. it must have enough thread to hold it position with the plug cap. since i noticed it was loose i have still put a good 100 miles on it lol. beyond me how its running as good as it does but ill just roll with it atleast till this weekend

i personally like the original scrappy site. have ordered most of my stuff from scrappy and while doin some site shopping came across scooter express with cheap prices and was curious on their quality. back to task at hand....i believe the 44mm bbk is all i need for my purpose and area i ride. is stock replacement head suitable? since im there does a9 cam yield any benefits with the setup? and top it off with 20mm carb maybe. im not lookin for 40+mph just a lil jump from 20-35mph and keep speed on a select few hills in my area. all in the name of proper scootering fun
