I'm sure someone out there has used one. I don't know if it's just me but this forum seems unusually slow for this time of year. Maybe everyone's scoots aren't breaking down, lol.

That's a good thing! lol I haven't used hoca or scrappy clutches but I think I remember someone else using/asking about a hoca clutch last year on the forum... think it might have been geh3333

For clarification . . did the shoe casting crack?
Only you can determine which clutch and torque spring combination is most compatible with your preferences . . and it's a trial & error process.
Depending on the objective . . 5 gram sliders, slides, and a stock clutch may actually work better for keeping a 50cc 139QMB in low range longer for slightly more torque into headwinds and up hills.
If more speed is the objective . . save yourself a lot of aggravation and replace the scooter with at least a 125cc.

the shoe snapped at the edge where the spring goes in. whole edge of the shoe broke off. the hoca comes with 1g rpm clutch springs wich should be next bump up from stock correct? i like the stock springs but want just a small take off boost and it says it comes with 1500 contra spring wich should help with hills a bit more. im not after more top end just want to get to 35 and hold a bit better up hills. more i think about it with the 6g sliders i have this set up in theory should give me what i need. sds clutch has 2g clutch and contra springs. oh the decisions of life haha
