I was needing to use a tool from a friend, we passed etch other on my way to his house, He handed be his garage door opener! I forgot to get gas. The scooter died in his driveway! I found his empty 1.5 mower gas can, and drain every drop out of it. It was just enough to get me to up 2 huge hills to the station!

A lady ask me if I wood look a her new scooter. Its stock with a sealed i'm sure so I want to unseal it first and up jet.
I do not want to buy a jet kit., but I would like to jet two sizes that you guys like in your 150's
What size works for you?
She is having WOT problems.

ACE hardware Hillman #DC3 or #HD75 I went in to the local Ace Hardware this afternoon and had them make me a key. All they had was the DC3 blank. It did not fit. It did not even come close. It would not even slide into the ignition. You should of tried the blank to see if it would slide in the switch first! The #hd75 is fliped from the #dc3. See my pic of both.  |

My bad the lever did work! It just looked like the lever was the same as one with the perch I bought on ebay that hit my turn light, and Scrappys was 7mm not 8mm.

I think i found the cause Its missing a bushing that goes from the swing arm into the frame tube!
I wish that I seen it before I did the engine swap.

I bought this scooter with a bad motor fall. I swapped in a engine that I had sitting around.
For the life in me I cannot find out what is the rattlels are comming from!
The swing arm and the engine bushings look ok!

Sorry i met the Tank mounted petcock! Im not sure if taking off the fender are the side pannel.
