I have a 3d printer and was looking on "thingiverse.com" for something tha will block the wind on my hands! What do you poeple thing about this? link |

Very cool idea! There are several websites that will do the printing for you, since few of us have a 3d printer at this time.

They're really really green?
Otherwise not bad at all. Although personally I'd prefer something more rounded. But that's probably doable with some tinkering of the CAD. I say give it a try. Why not?
