LBJ or Little Black Jellybean. It popped into my head after than internet story of the reunited donkey named Jellybean and a goat.

Perfect practice makes perfect. When I switch between my motorcycle and my scoot, it causes me to pause and re-think some things. That's probably good, as long as it doesn't cause a problem.

Welcome Jack. You're a brave person living in a rainy environment with nothing but bikes. Hats off to you.

Is he old enough for a motorcycle safety foundation course? May be his next birthday gift? He can't get away with "I know" there

Welcome aboard. Make sure to teach that young guy cycling safety. This is the time. And he's on your scoot... Keep 'em both in one piece

My scoot was damaged in a rear end accident. It caused about $900 in damage in all. If I did all the work on my own, maybe half that amount.
It's all a matter of dollars. If you want to fix it, parts are readily available. If it will cost more than you want to spend, you need to sell it and find a replacement. That's pretty much what it comes down to. The parts that were actually damaged beyond repair should be replaced, not fixed on-the-cheap, as they will just become problems further down the road.

If you are handy, making a seat isn't necessarily a difficult thing.

My scoot wants to grow up and be like your scoot.
Those red rims and whitewalls made the difference. And dropping the trunk, but I like to use the trunk.

Welcome blackbag, from San Jose. Apparently there are 2 of us in the neighborhood on this board now...(I'm sure there are more).
Fishing is good for the sole. I haven't done much for a while now.
Hope to see you around the area. Show us a pic of that Geely!

Spandi, I watched a lady taking a left turn at a light, fully executed while looking down at her phone. On one hand impressive - she must be in tune with the universe in a very special way - on the other hand it made me poop my pants a little thinking I could be in front of her on my bike.
