I got the jets out. They looked clean, I could see light through them.
I put it back together and back on the bike. Right now it's stalling at anything less than 3000 rpms.

I just took the carb apart, as much as I could. I made a vid so you guys could see it:

About a week or so ago I took the bowl off and measured the float, it was correctly set.

I think that valve tightened up again:

I noticed that the back wheel is spinning at start with the new springs so I pulled them and put the old springs back on....now the back wheel starts spinning at around 2200-2300.
It's also starting to run badly at low rpm again so I think that valve is back to be too tight

I just checked them and the bottom was too tight again. I set it to 004, turned the variator and its back to being too tight!
Adjusted it again, this time seemed ok....and now.....I'm idling at 1500!!!!!!!!!!!

I actually set the top to 004 and the bottom to 005 this morning but I will recheck them. How long does it have to cool before I check them?

You guys were right! When I set the tach to 1.0/hi/fast the idle went from 1500 to 3000
So it starts to stall around 2000

I might run it out of gas and try putting regular in it rather then super just to see if there is a difference.

I took the belt and clutch off and started it up and I was actually able to get it to idle at 700 for a minute. I turned it up to about 1400 but it started acting up. Here is the vid:

The blue button on the back of the tach does nothing when I press it. I noticed that before contacted the place I bought it but they ignored me.
Is there another way to verify the tach? For example, I noticed my engine turns over around 360 rpm.

My springs are like that also . I am able to snap them in without having to use any tools . Now I have to use a screw driver or needle nose to take them off . They look just like mine but I have the orange 1500 and a red 2000 rpm set . And they both work properly Yes, this is exactly how my new springs went in. I put the long end in first and was able to just my finger to force the other end in.

New springs are still spinning before 1000 rpm

The old springs are not colored, the new ones are blue. Also, I *think* the new springs are easier to get in, which they shouldn't be. Putting it back together with new springs to see what happens
